Ayurveda & Yogic approaches individual conditions holistically to balance a person’s well-being. In Ayurveda, Yogic approach and its philosophy all matter is made of five basic elements, which demonstrate the properties of earth, water, fire, wind and space. On the course we will balance these elements through examining diet, lifestyle choices, thought patterns and spiritual practices. Certificate Programs - Each course 500 hours
The candidate must have passed 10+2 examination preferably with science background from a recognized Board with at least 45 % marks. The admission will be done on the basis of Merit by taking Aptitude Test and Interview followed by medical checkup.
